• Complete the form that follows and submit it.
• We will contact you with payment information if you are the winning bidder.
• Please allow 2-3 weeks for preparation and shipment of your Documents.

Please Note:If the property selected is a Bid and Assume with financing, you automatically qualify, everyone is approved regardless of past credit history. Your Sealed Bid becomes your down payment.Processing Fee is only $199.00 per property!
