Q- I registered a couple of times in the last few days, but never received a password. I can't bid without the password.

A- Your password was sent a few minutes after you've completed registration however it's not in your inbox because the email was blocked by a spam filtering software. If you want to locate said email it should be in your junk folder or spam folder, or contact your email administrator. We usually suggest to open a Yahoo email account. Yahoo will also filter our email but it places the email in the Bulk folder. Or you can simply phone us at (661) 823-1543 and ask to have your password reset.

Q- When I try to log in, your site tells me the information is invalid, I know I have my log in information correct, I wrote it down.

A- If you cannot login, using the information, please check the following:

1. Make sure you are typing the correct username and password. Don't use your email address instead of your username.
2. Your browser should be set to accept session cookies. If you're using Internet Explorer, go to Tools>>options>>click on Privacy tab, click on Advanced button, check the box for Override cookie handling click on OK, reboot your computer, start again and go back to our website and try to login.
