The development is located just 4 miles east of Interstate 5 and south of the Oregon Border. The Klamath River meanders thru the development. Approximately Three miles upstream is the Iron Gate Reservoir and one of California’s State Fish Hatcheries. Further upstream, about 9 miles, is Copco Lake. Both lakes and the Klamath River offer tremendous Trout and Salmon fishing.
