Live auctions are an exciting way to purchase government land for sale. The live auctions are conducted by a GovernmentAuction.com auctioneer. Depending on the number of properties available for bidding and the number of bidders participating, live land auctions may last from one to three hours.
Live auctions may be announced up 14 days before the auction begins. Once a live auction is announced, you can preview the items that will be available for sale. If you find a parcel of land, lot, homesite or foreclosure you’re interested in, but you can’t attend the live auction, you can submit an absentee bid.
