Terrain & Building
The terrain is level and covered with native grasses and sage brush. Excellent building site for a home or cabin, and site-built homes, mobile homes and manufactured homes are permitted, and campers and RVs are allowed on a temporary basis. This lot is very close to the lake, with great views of the outdoors and mountains. There is no time limit to build, and there are no association dues.
